Rates and Payments

 

I provide one time, weekly, bi-weekly and monthly services. I charge by the hour not by the chore, so extras (if requested) will be included in estimation of time to clean your home.

One time service - $25.00

Weekly- $20.00

Bi-weekly - $22.00

Monthly - $25.00

Consultation visit:

The consultation fee is $25.00, this is to come to your home and give an estimate. However, if you have me start the same day, the consultation fee is waved.

I have a 3 hour minimum for all jobs, first visit is $25.00 per/hr then reduced to rate of service requested. This is because first visits usually have a bit more work to do. Then following visits are at a maintenance level, less labor intensive and take less time which is a savings to you. I break down time by the quarter hour when figuring total amount due for services. Tax is already included in rate and there are no extra fees for outer areas of Kenai or Soldotna.

Payments:

I accept cash or checks, Visa, Mastercard and Discover, also payments on-line through PayPal.

PayPal: You do not need a PayPal account to make payments for services on-line. I will e-mail you an invoice and from there you will be able to use your debit/credit card.

Deposit:

I ask for a deposit of the 3 hr minimum at each visit. This avoids incurring total losses. I will leave you an invoice, you then can mail me a check, pay on-line or pay remaining balance at next visit.

Guarantee:

Even though I try very hard to give my best to my customers and take pride in my work I do make mistakes. If I have missed something or you are not satisfied with your services please let me know and I will return the next day, free of charge, to correct the issue. Also feel free to leave me notes with suggestions or comments. I will not take offense to this, it will enable me to better serve you.

Cancelations:

If for whatever reason you are not able to keep your appointment I ask for a 24 hour notice. This way I am able to fill your spot for that day or plan accordingly. Emergencies happen and I have no cancelation fee for this reason.
